To make a referral, simply fill out the form below – your friend will then receive an email from us informing them that you have referred them, and that a free bag of Hills Prescription or Maintenance pet food is waiting for them upon their first visit.
Alternatively, you can direct your friend to our website or get them to give us a call on (03) 9509 7611. Remember to tell your friend to mention your name when they make a booking, otherwise you might miss out on your reward!
